Refund and Return Policy

Returns
Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase! If it doesn't work out for any reason we accept returns and exchanges on Unworn, Unwashed, and Free Of Blemishes merchandise within 30 days of receiving an order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@Iconic-Melbourne.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
🚨 Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us promptly at support@Iconic-Melbourne.com if you need to cancel your order.
In special cases, if an order has already been processed, cancellation may still be possible; however, a $20 courier cancellation fee will apply.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank - processing times may vary.
- If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@Iconic-Melbourne.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@Iconic-Melbourne.com.
Gift Returns
- If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
🚨 The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
📦 Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
